SubC Imaging equipment part of HMAS Sydney shipwrecks expedition

SubC Imaging have worked with Curtin University and the Western Australian Museum to successfully survey the shipwrecks of Australian warship HMAS Sydney (II) and the German raider HSK Kormoran in the Indian Ocean 200 km west of Shark Bay, Western Australia. The water depth at the site is approximately 2500m.

Positive Results from 2014 External Inspection Survey of Nord Stream Pipeline

Nord Stream has completed an external inspection of the two pipelines. The job was executed using a Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV), equipped with digital cameras, specific sensors and operated from a dedicated support vessel. The visual and instrumental (geophysical) inspection was performed on the whole length of the pipelines through the Baltic Sea.

Submarine expedition unveils Roman shipwreck secrets in Sicilian waters

Panarea, 02 July 2015. Joint expeditions creates three-dimensional underwater maps of Roman shipwrecks in the Aeolian Islands. A team of scientists and experts under the direction of the Professor Sebastiano Tusa, Superintendent of the Seas for Sicily, set out last week to investigate Roman shipwrecks, originally discovered by Aurora Trust Foundation in 2009 and 2010. The depths at which these wrecks lie, are far beyond the capabilities of regular SCUBA divers.

Saudi Aramco has achieved a landmark by energizing its largest Tie-in Platform with a 230 kilovolt 46 km submarine composite cable, the longest of its kind. The Tie-in Platform, named 'TP-20' lies in the world’s largest offshore field, Safaniya, and energizing it was the first phase of long-term plans to upgrade the Safaniya offshore field, referred to as the Safaniya Master Plan.
