The finalists for the 2024 Subsea Expo Awards have been announced ahead of the ceremony taking place in Aberdeen next month. Fourteen companies have been shortlisted as finalists in the awards which celebrate the achievements of companies and individuals that are leading the way in the UK’s underwater sectors.

Solstad Offshore Expands Vessel Fleet with ROVs

Shipowner Solstad Offshore expands its fleet offering by equipping six more of the company’s subsea construction vessels with remotely operated vehicles (ROVs). In connection with the investment in new ROVs, Solstad Offshore has entered into a cooperation agreement with Omega Subsea, who will manage, operate and provide personnel to operate the ROV systems on board the vessels.
