Oceanology International (Oi26) has confirmed a dynamic line-up of specialist workboats, autonomous vessels and cutting-edge software which will bring ocean technology to life for thousands of attendees during the event’s Dockside Demonstrations from 10th to 12th March. Set on the quayside of the historic Royal Victoria Dock outside Excel London, this year’s live feature will host more than 20 companies conducting in or on-water product demonstrations, once again placing real-world application at the heart of Oi26.

Teledyne Marine has successfully demonstrated its advanced sonar technology during the SeaSEC Harbour Protection Challenge Day on 2nd February in Gothenburg, Sweden – just ahead of its participation at Navy Tech & Seabed Defence 2026, where the company will also be exhibiting and delivering two expert speaker sessions. The live harbour protection exercise which focused on detecting and tracking underwater threats in port environments, served as a real‑world prelude to Teledyne Marine’s presence at the Navy Tech event (3–5 February 2026).

Taking place from 3–5 February 2026 in Gothenburg, Sweden, Navy Tech 2026 will now incorporate Seabed Defence, a dedicated focus on the protection of undersea infrastructure and offshore assets. As global reliance on subsea energy networks, communication cables, and military systems increases, safeguarding the seabed has become a strategic imperative. This new component will explore emerging threats to critical underwater infrastructure and the technological innovations needed to defend it.

Taking place on Wednesday, 04 February 2026 at P&J Live in Aberdeen, the awards dinner is a highlight of the two-day Subsea Expo exhibition and conference and has been a fixture of the event for around 20 years. Nine accolades will be presented on the night, with the shortlisted finalists being announced in the coming weeks.
