The investigations will provide essential insights into seabed conditions at planned wind turbine locations and inter-array cable routes, directly informing the safe and efficient design of turbine foundations.

The organisers of Oceanology International 2026 (Oi26) have unveiled specialist publication Ocean Robotics Planet as the first ever official media supporter for its renowned conference programme. Expanding the reach and influence of the conference sessions, Oi’s new strategic media collaborations will pair some of the ocean technology industry’s key titles with the relevant technical track at next year’s event at London’s ExCeL in March.
